Serena and Tori started this business as something simple and fun—just a creative way to unwind after work. What began as a casual after-hours hobby quickly turned into something much more meaningful. They began custom burning designs onto hats, experimenting with different styles, techniques, and ideas, all while enjoying the process together.
What made it special wasn’t just the craft itself, but the time spent creating something unique by hand. Each piece reflected their personalities, creativity, and attention to detail. Friends and family started to take notice, and before long, what was once “just for fun” started gaining real interest.
Now, nearly a year later, Serena and Tori have grown that small after-work pastime into a business they’re proud of. They’ve continued to refine their craft, expand their designs, and connect with people who appreciate one-of-a-kind, custom-burned hats. What started as a way to relax has become a creative journey—and they’re just getting started.

Hi, I’m Serena—a proud mom to my amazing six-year-old daughter, who means everything to me. Family is at the center of my world, and I’m grateful to have a strong, supportive partner by my side through all of life’s adventures.
I have a deep love for the outdoors and spend as much time as I can exploring and staying active. Whether I’m racing dirt bikes, hunting, riding RZRs, camping, or just enjoying nature, I thrive in environments that keep me moving and connected to the outdoors.
That passion for creativity and hands-on work is what helped inspire the journey into building something of my own. I take pride in creating, exploring, and living life to the fullest—both in business and in the moments that matter most.
Little about Tori
Hi my name is Tori, and I am a co-owner of Bonehead Creations. When you asked about genesis of our company, we often share that it originated from a DIY hat workshop Serena and I initially had no expectation that this endeavor would evolve into significant enterprise.
Having grown up in Montana, I have a deep appreciation for this state. Outside of my work developing new hat designs, i am a wife and mother. Our family enjoys hunting and spending time in the mountains. My Family is my greatest passion, and their unwavering support throughout this new venture has been invaluable
